Submitting a URL gives us permission to analyze and possibly publish a listing. We can remove content or restrict access if someone abuses the service. The site is free and provided as-is.

You must be old enough to use online services where you live (at least 13 in the United States). If you're using the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We don't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free.

Dropday discovers and organizes public information about AI-built projects — demos, apps, games, media, and similar work found on the open web or submitted by visitors. Each approved project gets a listing page that can track how it evolves over time.

We are not the maker of listed projects, not their agent, and not affiliated with AI model vendors unless we say so explicitly. A listing does not mean we endorse, verify safety, or guarantee quality, legality, or availability of any linked site or product.

Most listings are created with automated tools (including AI-assisted classification) and reviewed by our team before they appear publicly. Information can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong — especially maker attribution, model credits, and project descriptions.

You can browse, search, and read listings without signing in. Anonymous voting and URL submission use a browser cookie so we can limit abuse and remember your vote state — see the Privacy Policy for details.

Embedded videos and posts (YouTube, X, Vimeo, Loom, and similar) are loaded from those platforms under their own terms when you choose to play or view them.

Creating an account is optional. If you sign in, authentication is handled by our provider (Clerk). Your use of sign-in features is also subject to Clerk's terms and privacy policy. We use your account to power follows, notifications, email digests (if you opt in), and related features described in our Privacy Policy.

Keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone accessed your account without permission.

When you submit a URL through "Submit a Build," you represent that you have a legitimate reason to suggest it (for example, you made it, you're sharing it with permission, or it's already public and relevant to the directory).

By submitting, you grant Dropday.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to access, crawl, analyze, store, reproduce, and display information derived from that URL and from related public sources (including screenshots, titles, descriptions, media, and attribution) for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the directory. You keep ownership of your own work; this license lets us run the service.

No guarantee of inclusion. Submissions are queued, filtered, and may be rejected by automated checks or human review. We may ignore duplicates, spam, off-topic links, or anything that doesn't fit the directory.

Don't submit links to unlawful content, malware or phishing pages, content that exploits real people without consent (including deepfakes and impersonation), obvious adult/NSFW material, or anything you don't have the right to share. We apply technical limits (rate limits, URL safety checks, and similar) to protect the service.

Votes, views, and click-through counts help surface interesting work. Don't manipulate them — no bots, vote rings, clearing cookies to re-vote the same listing from the same household, or other attempts to game trending. We may ignore or remove suspicious activity.

Feedback you send may be stored and, if you include an email, used to respond. Don't send abusive, threatening, or illegal messages.

Listing pages may show text, images, video embeds, prompts, and links sourced from public posts, project sites, and other places on the web. That content remains the property of its respective owners. We display it as an index and discovery layer, similar to a search engine or directory.

Maker names, handles, and "built with" model credits are often inferred from public signals and may show as unverified until a creator claims or corrects them. If something about your project or attribution is wrong, contact us — we'll review correction or removal requests in good faith.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful or harmful.
• Probe, scrape, or overload our systems beyond normal browsing (including circumventing rate limits).
• Attempt to access admin areas, other users' accounts, or non-public APIs.
• Reverse engineer or interfere with security features.
• Misrepresent your identity or your relationship to a listed project.

The Dropday name, logo, site design, and original writing on Dropday.aiare ours. Don't use our branding in a way that suggests partnership or endorsement without permission.

If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, email privacy@dropday.ai with "Copyright notice" in the subject line. Include enough detail for us to find the listing and evaluate the claim (your contact info, the work you own, the URL on Dropday, and why you believe it infringes). We may remove or disable access to material while we review valid notices.

THE SITE AND ALL LISTINGS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We don't warrant that listings are accurate, complete, safe, or that external links will work. You use listed projects and third-party sites at your own risk.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DROPDAY.AI AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY LISTED PROJECT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF US $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (TYPICALLY $0 BECAUSE THE DIRECTORY IS FREE).

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limits — in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or your account if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, abused the service, or created legal or security risk. You may stop using the site at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, limitations, licenses already granted for submitted material we published, and dispute-related terms) continue to apply.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. For significant changes, we may also post a notice on the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, contact us first at privacy@dropday.ai and we'll try to resolve it informally.
