Use the Site lawfully. We index public projects and use AI tools on a best-effort basis to describe and attribute them; however, that process can be inaccurate. Listings are not legal advice, endorsements, or guarantees. Submitting a URL gives us permission to analyze and possibly publish a listing. If something looks off, send feedback and we will try to review and correct it on a best-effort basis. We can remove Content or restrict access if someone abuses the Site or violates these Terms. The Site is free and provided as-is.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to use online services where you live, to use the Site. Dropday does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; see the children’s privacy information in our Privacy Policy for more detail. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We do not guarantee the Site will always be available or error-free.

Dropday discovers and organizes public information about AI-built projects, including but not limited to demos, apps, games, media, and similar work found on the open web or submitted by visitors. Each approved project may get a listing page that can track how it evolves over time. In these Terms, “Content” means any URL, listing, text, image, video, prompt, metadata, or other material that appears on the Site, whether submitted by a user, sourced from public sources, or generated or curated using AI.

We are not the maker of listed projects, not their agent, and not affiliated with AI model vendors unless we say so explicitly. A listing does not mean or imply that we endorse, verify safety, or guarantee quality, legality, or availability of any linked site or product.

Most listings are created with automated tools, including AI that reads public pages, posts, images, videos, and related sources, and may be reviewed by our team before they appear. That analysis is a best-effort attempt to describe projects and credit makers and models. AI systems can misread context, omit details, invent facts (“hallucinate”), or attribute work incorrectly. Information on Dropday can therefore be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, including but not limited to maker attribution, model credits, descriptions, tags, and prompts.

You can browse, search, and read listings without signing in to an account. Anonymous voting and URL submission use a browser cookie so we can limit abuse and remember your vote state. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Embedded videos and posts (YouTube, X, Vimeo, Loom, and similar) are loaded from those platforms under their own terms when you choose to play or view them. Each of these third-party platforms has its own terms of service and privacy policy that govern your interaction with their content, including what data they may collect and how they use it. We encourage you to review the applicable third-party terms before playing or viewing any embedded content.

Creating an account is optional. If you sign in, authentication is handled by our third-party provider, Clerk. Clerk has its own terms of service and privacy policy that govern your use of sign-in features, including what data Clerk may collect and how it handles that data. We encourage you to review Clerk’s terms before creating an account. We use your account to power follows, notifications, email digests (if you opt in), and related features described in our Privacy Policy.

Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect or believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

When you submit a URL through “Submit a Build,” you represent and warrant that: (a) the URL and the material it points to are intended for public access and are not private, confidential, access-restricted, or available only through a private sharing link; (b) you have the right and permission to share that material with us; and (c) your submission, and our use of it as permitted under these Terms, does not and will not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights. Do not submit a URL merely because you can access it.

By checking the submission confirmation and submitting the URL, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. We keep a record of that confirmation as described in the Privacy Policy.

By submitting a URL through “Submit a Build,” you grant Dropday a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to access, crawl, analyze, store, reproduce, and display information derived from that URL and from related public sources (including screenshots, titles, descriptions, media, and attribution) for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Site. You keep ownership of your own work; this license lets us run the Site.

There is no guarantee of inclusion. Submissions are queued, filtered, and may be rejected by automated checks or human review. We may ignore duplicates, spam, off-topic links, or anything that does not fit the directory.

Do not submit links to unlawful content, malware or phishing pages, content that exploits real people without consent (including deepfakes and impersonation), obvious adult/NSFW material, or anything you do not have the right to share. We apply technical limits (rate limits, URL safety checks, and similar) to protect the Site.

Dropday may, at its sole discretion and without notice, remove, edit, or disable access to any Content, including a submitted URL, listing, or related material, that we believe violates these Terms, is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, or otherwise creates risk for the Site, our users, or third parties.

Votes, views, and click-through counts help surface interesting work. Do not manipulate them. Users are prohibited from using bots, vote rings, clearing cookies to re-vote the same listing from the same household, or other attempts to game trending. We may ignore or remove suspicious activity.

Feedback you send may be stored and, if you include an email, used to respond. Do not send abusive, threatening, or illegal messages.

Listing pages may show text, images, video embeds, prompts, and links sourced from public posts, project sites, and other places on the web. That content remains the property of its respective owners. We display it as an index and discovery layer, similar to a search engine or directory. When you click through to an external project site or interact with embedded content, you leave the Site and become subject to that third party’s terms of service and privacy policy. We encourage you to review the applicable third-party terms before visiting external sites or interacting with embedded content.

Maker names, handles, “built with” model credits, descriptions, tags, categories, and similar directory fields are often inferred by AI from public signals (and may show as unverified until a creator claims or corrects them). They are Dropday directory metadata, not statements by the listed creator, and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect, including because AI tools can hallucinate or misattribute.

If something about a project, attribution, or other listing metadata is wrong, please use the feedback form to report it. We will attempt to review and make corrections or removals on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that every report will result in a change, or that any change will be immediate.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for anything unlawful or harmful.
• Probe, scrape, or overload our systems beyond normal browsing (including circumventing rate limits).
• Attempt to access admin areas, other users’ accounts, or non-public APIs.
• Reverse engineer or interfere with security features.
• Misrepresent your identity or your relationship to a listed project.
• Submit or post Content that you do not have the right to share, or that infringes, misappropriates, or violates another person’s rights (see Intellectual property and copyright below for how we handle these reports and our removal rights).

The Dropday name, logo, Site design, and original written content on the Site are ours. Do not use our branding without our express, written permission.

If you believe Content on the Site infringes your copyright, you can send us a takedown notice as described below. We also have a process for restoring Content that was removed by mistake, and we may terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe others’ rights.

Notices of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to our designated DMCA agent:

Filing a notice. To be effective, your notice must be in writing and include all of the following, consistent with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or, if multiple works are covered by one notice, a representative list of those works).
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing and its location on the Site (for example, the listing’s URL), with enough detail for us to find it.
• Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We may remove or disable access to material identified in a valid notice and will make reasonable efforts to notify the user who submitted it.

Counter-notification. If your Content was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our DMCA agent that includes: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal; a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and telephone number, together with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district where you live (or, if outside the United States, an appropriate judicial district) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice. If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material unless the original complaining party tells us they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement.

Repeat infringers. We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of, or restrict Site access for, users who are repeat infringers of others’ copyrights.

THE SITE AND ALL LISTINGS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that listings are accurate, complete, safe, or that external links will work. You use listed projects and third-party sites at your own risk. Each external site you visit through the Site has its own terms of service and privacy policy; Dropday is not responsible for those sites’ content, practices, or any data they may collect. We encourage you to review the terms of any third-party site before using it.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DROPDAY AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY LISTED PROJECT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF US $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (TYPICALLY US $0 BECAUSE THE DIRECTORY IS FREE).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dropday and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) Content you submit or make available through the Site; (b) your use of the Site; or (c) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or your account if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms (including by repeatedly infringing another person’s rights), abused the Site, or created legal or security risk. You may stop using the Site at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, licenses already granted for submitted material we published, and dispute-related terms) continue to apply.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. For significant changes, we may also post a notice on the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that we cannot resolve informally must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you and Dropday each consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts. If a dispute arises, contact us first through the feedback form and we will try to resolve it informally.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Dropday about the Site, and replace any earlier agreements about the Site.

Severability. If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of these Terms will remain in effect.

No waiver. If we do not act on a violation of these Terms right away, that does not mean we give up our right to act on it later.

Assignment. We may assign or transfer these Terms, and any rights or obligations under them, without restriction (for example, as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets). You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent.

Notices. Any legal notice or other communication under these Terms must be in writing. We may send notices to you by email at the address associated with your account, or by posting a notice on the Site. Notices we send by email are effective when sent, and notices we post on the Site are effective when posted. You may send notices to us by email at legal@dropday.ai. Notices you send are effective when we actually receive them. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current; if you do not have an account, you consent to receive notices through the Site.
