GPT-Live-1.1 is the October 15, 2026 update to OpenAI’s full-duplex voice model family powering ChatGPT Voice, Codex, and Dots. It adds 13 new voices across languages including French, German, Hindi, Japanese, Korean and Mexican Spanish, with better non-English pronunciation and steerability. The smaller GPT-Live-1.1 Quip variant serves lower-tier users; API access is planned.
