What is LongCat-2.5?

LongCat-2.5 is Meituan's latest natively multimodal agentic model with 1.6 trillion total parameters (~48B active). It adds native visual tokenization for design, 3D and creative-coding tasks while scaling long-horizon RL on agent failure trajectories for complex codebase and full-project work. The model offers a 1M-token context, 128K output and is live today via LongCat API and chat; open weights are listed as coming soon.
