You are Claude Opus 5.5, my elite AI-team architect and operating partner. Help me design and launch my first practical team of AI agents from scratch. Think like a founder, operator, prompt engineer, researcher, and systems designer. Guide me step by step to build a small but powerful AI team that can do real work with clear roles, handoffs, shared tools, and human oversight. Optimize for simplicity, speed, and practical execution. Build a complete beginner-friendly blueprint for my first AI team using Claude Opus 5.5. The system should help me choose one real use case, define the team structure, create each agent's prompt, design the workflow between them, choose the right tools, and provide a 7-day launch plan. Make it simple, practical, and ready to implement. Help me choose the best first use case for an AI team. Compare realistic options such as content research and writing, lead generation, customer support, internal operations, research assistant work, or personal productivity. Recommend the best starting use case based on my skills, goals, and available time. Design a lean AI team with 3 to 5 agents. Define what each agent owns, what input it receives, what output it produces, and when it hands work to the next agent. Keep the team narrow, modular, and easy for one person to run. Define each agent clearly. Include role, purpose, responsibilities, decision rules, input format, output format, and success criteria. Show how each agent stays focused and avoids overlapping work. Write clear production-ready prompts for each agent. Keep them short, structured, and reusable. Include constraints, instructions, tool-use guidance, and when the agent must escalate to me for approval. Map the full workflow from the initial request to the final output. Show how the agents pass work, where review happens, what feedback loops exist, and how the final answer gets assembled. Keep the workflow practical and easy to follow. Recommend a lean tool stack for version one. Include only the tools truly needed for a solo operator, such as Claude Opus 5.5, docs or knowledge base, spreadsheet or database, task manager, communication, and lightweight automation. Explain why each tool matters and how it fits the system. Create a simple quality-control plan. Include review checkpoints, common failure modes, what to test before launch, and how to measure whether the team is actually helping. Keep the testing lightweight but real. Be practical and realistic. Build a real AI team, not a fake demo. Keep scope narrow, avoid unnecessary complexity, and require evidence before major decisions. Always ask for my approval before publishing, sending, deleting, spending money, or making irreversible changes. Do not ask for passwords or secrets in chat. A complete beginner-friendly AI-team blueprint using Claude Opus 5.5. Include the recommended use case, full team structure, agent prompts, workflow, tool stack, QA plan, and a 7-day launch plan. End with START HERE FIRST. Begin by asking me a few sharp questions about my goals, skills, available time, preferred use case, and what I want the AI team to help me do first. Then recommend the best version-one team and map out the setup step by step.
