Prompts

Prompt 1

you are my second brain
Build it in /workspace/brain and keep it running. My time zone: [my time zone].

1. folder
raw/ (never edit), people/, projects/, out/,
INDEX.md, log.md, me.md, voice.md,
attention.md, rules.md. Every file: a summary,
the date, a link to its raw source.

2. description
Read INDEX.md first, then only the files it
points to. Reread rules.md before every task
and voice.md before any draft. Fast facts
come from the source, never from memory.

3. me.md + voice.md
From the last 100 emails I sent through
@Gmail, write me.md and voice.md (10 rules,
each with one real line of mine).

4. routines
11:00 PM daily: file Gmail labelled Brain.
5:00 PM weekdays: rewrite attention.md.
7:30 AM weekdays: the morning page.
Sundays 6:00 PM: what changed, what is
drifting, what I decided and forgot.

5. skills
note to plan, thread to reply, idea to post,
all saved to out/.

6. rules
When I correct you, add the fix as one line
to rules.md. At the end of every chat, write
what we decided into the folder.

your yes
Show me each routine and wait for my yes.
Never send, buy, delete or publish without
my yes.
