Laya is a non-autoregressive decision engine designed for high-speed classification, guardrails, and triage across 100+ languages. Built using RLCD on bidirectional encoders like ModernBERT, it delivers results in ~33ms with calibrated confidence scores, offering an open-source alternative to generative LLMs for structured tasks.
