Seedance 2.5, 720p, 30s, 16:9, One continuous 30-second live-action sequence on an open-air skyscraper construction floor high above a city at golden hour, following a young woman with athletic build, blonde updo hairstyle, minimal makeup, barefoot, wearing only a red leotard. Keep her exact face, hair, and red one-piece leotard outfit in every shot, no costume change, no second person, no safety harness. Exposed steel columns, hanging rebar, crane cables, concrete dust in warm sidelight, wind moving loose plastic sheeting. Photoreal cinematic sports film, sharp detail, natural motion blur only on fast limbs.
0-4s: Medium close-up, locked camera. She faces the lens with a slight confident smile and says ‘Let’s go’ with clear, short, energetic lip sync; she slaps her hands together as if dusting them off. Hard cut.
4-11s: Low tracking shot racing beside her as she sprints across the open deck, vaults a stack of lumber, plants one hand, and aerials over a gap between floor plates. Camera dips under her and rises with her landing. Wind and foot impacts.
11-18s: Wide crane shot swinging around a steel column. She leaps, catches an overhead scaffold bar, swings once, releases into a layout flip, catches the next bar, and drops into a roll. Camera orbits her from below while city and sky trade places behind her. Cable creak and a sharp exhale.
18-24s: Steadicam follow from behind, then a whip-pan to her front as she runs up a slanted beam, pushes off, and twists through open air onto a big steel I-beam hanging level from the crane. She lands in a gymnast mount. Slow push-in.
24-30s: The suspended beam becomes her balance beam, high over the deck. She does a controlled walk, a full turn, a leap, then an Olympic-style spin into a backflip off the end. She lands on a wooden pallet stacked with bags of concrete mix, sticks the landing with no extra step, and holds a clean gymnast Y pose, arms up, chin lifted. Camera orbits once and settles on a low hero angle. Final frame held.
City wind ambience, distant crane sounds, footsteps and impacts, cable creak, her dialogue and breathing — full sound design, no music, no subtitles, no logos.
